You can request deletion of your BillKaro account at any time.
Once your deletion request is verified and processed,
your account data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete directly from the BillKaro app
- Open the BillKaro app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm your deletion request
Option 2: Contact Support
If you no longer have access to the app,
you may request deletion by emailing:
support@billkaro.shop
Please contact us using the mobile number or email associated
with your account for verification purposes.
What Gets Deleted
- Account and login credentials
- Restaurant profile information
- Menu and settings data
- Order and KOT records
- App preferences and configurations
What May Be Retained
- Billing or tax records required under Indian laws
- Backup or security logs retained for compliance purposes
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify users
Processing Timeline
Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days.
