This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to BillKaro - Restaurant POS & Billing App (“BillKaro”, “Service”, “App”), operated by CDNX Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing a BillKaro subscription or service, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

BillKaro may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans for restaurant billing and POS services.

  • Subscription validity depends on the selected plan.
  • Plans may auto-renew where applicable.
  • Pricing may change without prior notice.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical issues
  • Failed payment activation after successful transaction
  • Incorrect recurring debit after valid cancellation

All refund requests are subject to verification.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Cancellation after successful service activation
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Business losses or operational issues
  • Network, device or internet related problems outside our control

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Actual processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

6. Payment Providers

BillKaro may use third-party payment gateways and financial partners for payment processing. Their respective terms and policies may also apply.

7. GST & Taxes

Applicable taxes and GST may be included according to Indian laws and regulations.
