These Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Terms”) apply to the use of BillKaro - Restaurant POS & Billing App (“BillKaro”, “Service”, “App”), operated by CDNX Technologies (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using BillKaro, you agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy and related policies.
BillKaro is a restaurant POS and billing platform designed for restaurants, cafés, food courts, dhabas and food businesses. The platform provides features including billing, table management, KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets), GST invoices, menu management, analytics and related restaurant operations.
BillKaro may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans for access to premium restaurant POS services.
Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.
Restaurants are responsible for verifying GST settings, invoice details and applicable tax compliance according to local laws.
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.
All software, branding, logos, UI designs and platform content are owned by BillKaro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
BillKaro may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, cloud infrastructure and analytics providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BillKaro after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
