1. About BillKaro

BillKaro is a restaurant POS and billing platform designed for restaurants, cafés, food courts, dhabas and food businesses. The platform provides features including billing, table management, KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets), GST invoices, menu management, analytics and related restaurant operations.

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate business information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

BillKaro may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans for access to premium restaurant POS services.

• Payments may be processed through UPI, cards or supported payment methods.
• Subscription access begins after successful payment.
• Pricing and plans may change without prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Duplicate or failed technical payments may be eligible for refunds.
• Refund requests are subject to verification.
• Refunds are generally not applicable after successful service activation.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not guarantee refunds for previous payments.

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

5. GST & Billing Responsibility

Restaurants are responsible for verifying GST settings, invoice details and applicable tax compliance according to local laws.

6. Restrictions

• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No misuse, reverse engineering or harmful activity.
• No use of the platform for illegal business operations.

7. Data & Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, UI designs and platform content are owned by BillKaro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

BillKaro may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, cloud infrastructure and analytics providers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
